Aquaflex

The core of the Aquaflex membrane technology is the single-fiber, inside-out filtration process that delivers a robust solution. The modules are operated vertically and can be configured in three different ways:

1. In the X-line rack.

2. With standard end caps.

3. In the vertical high pressure setting.

Classics

The X-Flow classic tubular membranes are especially effective in the treatment of leachate from sanitary landfills, characterized by high levels of total dissolved solids (TDS), heavy metals, BOD and COD, ammonia, and color. The membranes remove organic and inorganic contaminants as well as color. The classic tubular membranes can be installed in various configurations to treat a wide range of suspended solids, especially in the range greater than 500 mg/l.

Compact 27

The Compact 27 finds its use primarily in high solids applications, such as separating clean water from biological sludge in membrane bioreactors (MBR’s). The filtrate will be free from solids of any kind and typically have an SDI of < 3, making filtration with the Compact 27 a good pretreatment method for Reverse Osmosis if all dissolved matter needs to be taken out.

Compact 33

The Compact 33 finds its use primarily in the separation of oil-water mixtures from produced water and in high solids applications, such as separating clean water from biological sludge in membrane bioreactors (MBR’s). The filtrate will be free from solids of any kind and typically have an SDI of < 3, making filtration with the Compact 33 a good pretreatment method for Reverse Osmosis if all dissolved matter needs to be taken out.

Compact 33V

The Compact 33V finds its use primarily in high solids applications, such as separating clean water from biological sludge in membrane bioreactors (MBR’s). The filtrate will be free from solids of any kind and typically have an SDI of < 3, making filtration with the Compact 33V a good pretreatment method for Reverse Osmosis if all dissolved matter needs to be taken out.

Compact 75G

The X-Flow Compact 75G is developed for large-scale waste water treatment of reuse projects. Its robust design make the module the workhorse of the X-Flow Compact Family and particularly fit for applications such as large scale MBRs and the treatment of (waste)water that comes up with the oil from the well during production (Produced water treatment). Oil is extracted from deep underground wells, sometimes up to four kilometers deep. During the oil extraction, water is co-produced. Unfortunately for the oil companies co-producing this water is inevitable.

HFS60

The HFS60 membrane modules will remove colloidal silica in boiler feed applications. The HFS60 membrane can either be installed downstream or upstream of the demin plant. When installed downstream of the demin plant, the HFS60 membranes can be operated at high fluxes and with long cleaning intervals. When installed upstream, they will not only remove colloidal silica, but also suspended solids and microbial particles, thus providing excellent protection of the ion exchange system.

HFW1000

The HFW1000 is highly effective in the removal of natural organic matter (NOM) with limited reduction of bivalent salts (e.g. hardness). With these characteristics, the HFW1000 is extremely suitable for the production of potable water from surface water, without the need for remineralization. The hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes require no pretreatment other than a strainer.

R-100

TUBEdek

1. TUBEdek increases the capacity of a clarifier, improves the resultant effluent and increases the stability of the process in the event of surges of other process upsets.

2. TUBEdek increases the effective areaof a basin (by 5.5m2/m2 for a 500mmdeep module) and decreases the effective particle settling distance drastically.

3. TUBEdek enhances the particle agglomeration and growth, bringing the particles into closer contact with each other at the bottom of the tube. This is aided by the v-shape of the tubes and the counter-current flow of the incoming effluent and receding solids.
